Qualifications
  • Diploma or above in any discipline (graduated in Supply Chain, Mathematics or Statistics are highly preferred)
  • 1-3 years of working experience (prefer in jewellery field)

Responsibilities and Duties

For the post of Costing

  • Calculate prices and tagging for products
  • Prepare quotations and develop standard costing sheets
  • Develop costing/ pricing database
  • Execute costing/ pricing strategies and policies
  • Assist the Department head in developing a support team in PRC
  • Work with logistic department for shipment arrangement

For the post of Procurement

  • Assist in performing and managing the procurement process
  • Responsible for developing and implementing procurement plans assigned to reduce cost and improve product quality
  • Monitor the delivery schedule to ensure matching with the production plan
  • To support department daily operations
  • To assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • Responsible for supervising the Group’s Account Receivables section including verify, allocate, post and reconciliation etc among HK/overseas affiliates and its’ customers

  • Liaise with Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators in credit collection/external parties to ensure credit insurance and relevance
  • Compile bimonthly aging reports and other analysis reports as required and alert any problematic accounts for follow up/execute rectification actions
